MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bishop McGuinness Fighting Irish (Oklahoma City, OK), 64-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, MacArthur upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Highlanders travel to Newcastle (Newcastle, OK) to play the Racers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 19. The Racers go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Newcastle lost 69-36 in their recent league bout against Tuttle (Tuttle, OK)

Next up, the Fighting Irish play the Destiny Christian Wildcats (Del City, OK) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Bishop McGuinness will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 43-34 non-league win over Wright Christian (Tulsa, OK).
