The San Gorgonio Spartans basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Bloomington Bruins to 29 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colton for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 18. San Gorgonio will face a Yellowjackets team coming off a 51-35 league loss to Rim of the World (Lake Arrowhead, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 11-8.

With the defeat, Bloomington moves to 8-12 on the year. The Bruins travel to Rim of the World (Lake Arrowhead, CA) to face the Fighting Scots in a Skyline match on Wednesday, January 18. The Fighting Scots enter the match with a record of 2-7. Rim of the World won 51-35 in their recent league match against Colton (Colton, CA)
