Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Scio Central Tigers (Scio, NY) and the visiting Bolivar-Richburg Wolverines (Bolivar, NY), saw Scio Central's basketball squad wallop Bolivar-Richburg by a count of 47-24.
With the victory, Scio Central upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Tigers host Andover (Andover, NY) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 23. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 2-0.
Next up, the Wolverines play the Fillmore Eagles (Fillmore, NY) in a Section 5 Allegany County I challenge, on Friday, January 20. Bolivar-Richburg will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
