Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs (Hector, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Wabasso Rabbits (Wabasso, MN), 72-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Minnesota Valley Lutheran (New Ulm, MN) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 16. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 1-11. Minnesota Valley Lutheran lost 59-34 in their recent non-league bout against Springfield (Springfield, MN)

Next up, the Rabbits play the Red Rock Central Falcons (Lamberton, MN) in a A Section 3 bout, on Saturday, January 14. Wabasso will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
