With the victory, Whitmore Lake upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Trojans host Lutheran (Westland, MI) to play the Warriors in a Michigan Independent - Red bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 5-4. Lutheran won 34-28 in their recent league bout against Roeper (Birmingham, MI)

Next up, the Sentinels play the Parkway Christian Eagles (Sterling Heights, MI) in a Michigan Independent - Red bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 43-15 league loss to Lutheran (Westland, MI).
