Michigan High School Basketball - East Grand Rapids can't hold off Christian

The Christian Eagles basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting East Grand Rapids Pioneers to 45 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forest Hills Central for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Christian will battle a Rangers team coming off a 65-59 non-league win over Northview (Grand Rapids, MI). The Rangers record now stands at 2-6.
The Pioneers (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lowell (Lowell, MI). The Red Arrows enter the non-league contest with a 10-0 record. In their last contest, Lowell nudged Forest Hills Northern (Grand Rapids, MI), 74-39, in a non-league contest.
