The Dimmitt Bobcats basketball team (Dimmitt, TX), was routed 68-32 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Littlefield Wildcats (Littlefield, TX)

The Wildcats now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Friona for a 3A Region I District 3 battle on Tuesday, January 17. Littlefield will battle a Chieftans team coming off a 43-18 league loss to Lamesa (Lamesa, TX). The Chieftans record now stands at 1-13.

The Bobcats (4-14) will now prepare for their battle against Muleshoe (Muleshoe, TX). The Mules come into the 3A Region I District 3 battle with a 12-10 record. In their last battle, Muleshoe trounced Brownfield (Brownfield, TX), 62-41, in a league battle.
