The Selah Vikings (Selah, WA) basketball felled the visiting Ephrata Tigers (Ephrata, WA), 55-44 in Friday's league test.
The Vikings (2-8) will now prepare for their test against East Valley (Yakima, WA). The Red Devils go into the 2A Central Washington test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, East Valley thwarted Grandview (Grandview, WA), 57-55, in a league test.
The Tigers now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Prosser for a 2A Central Washington test on Tuesday, January 17. Ephrata will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 70-60 non-league win over Zillah (Zillah, WA). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-2.
