The Foshay Wolverines basketball team (Los Angeles, CA), was toppled 34-19 in Friday's league battle with the host New West Charter Eagles (Los Angeles, CA)
The Eagles now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Math & Science College Preparatory for a Crosstown battle on Wednesday, January 18. New West Charter will confront a Sharks team coming off a 30-2 league win over Middle College (Los Angeles, CA). The Sharks record now stands at 5-11.
The Wolverines (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Animo South Los Angeles (Los Angeles, CA). The Panthers come into the Crosstown battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Animo South Los Angeles beat Middle College (Los Angeles, CA), 36-35, in a league battle.
