The Frontenac Raiders (Frontenac, KS) basketball felled the visiting Girard Trojans (Girard, KS), 69-52 in Friday's league test.

The Raiders (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Providence Academy (Rogers, AR). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 14-3 record. In their last test, Providence Academy thwarted Tulsa NOAH HomeSchool (Tulsa, OK), 61-39, in a non-league test.

The Trojans now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Fort Scott for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24. Girard will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 44-35 non-league win over Field Kindley (Coffeyville, KS). The Tigers record now stands at 9-0.
