Minnesota High School Basketball - Schaeffer Academy falls to Houston

In Friday's league match, the visiting Houston Hurricanes basketball team scored a good 66-48 triumph over the Schaeffer Academy Lions.

In their next game, the Hurricanes meet the Grand Meadow Superlarks (Grand Meadow, MN) in a A Section 1 match, on Monday, January 16. Houston will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record. The Superlarks enter the match with a 10-2 record after their 55-18 league win over LeRoy-Ostrander (LeRoy, MN).

With the defeat, Schaeffer Academy moves to 4-8 on the year. The Lions travel to Lanesboro (Lanesboro, MN) to meet the Burros in a A Section 1 match on Tuesday, January 17. The Burros enter the match with a record of 6-3. Lanesboro lost 40-36 in their recent league match against Kingsland (Spring Valley, MN)
