Kansas High School Basketball - Wellsville can't hold off Iola

The Iola Mustangs basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Wellsville Eagles to 43 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlington for a non-league contest on Friday, January 27.
The Eagles (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Baldwin (Baldwin, KS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record.
