Utah High School Basketball - Kanab over Parowan

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Kanab Cowboys (Kanab, UT) and the visiting Parowan Rams (Parowan, UT), saw Kanab's basketball squad overcome Parowan by a tally of 54-34.

With the victory, Kanab improves its record to 13-0 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to South Sevier (Monroe, UT) to confront the Rams in a 2A Region 19 challenge on Wednesday, January 18. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 7-6. South Sevier lost 55-45 in their recent league challenge against Beaver (Beaver, UT)

Next up, the Rams confront the San Juan Broncos (Blanding, UT) in a 2A Region 19 challenge, on Saturday, January 14. Parowan will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 57-40 league loss to Enterprise (Enterprise, UT).
