Texas High School Basketball - Timber Creek topped by Keller Central

The Keller Central Chargers basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Timber Creek Falcons to 40 in the Chargers league victory on Friday.
The Chargers now sport a 21-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Haltom for a 6A Region I District 4 contest on Tuesday, January 17. Keller Central will battle a Buffalos team coming off a 75-44 league loss to Keller (Keller, TX). The Buffalos record now stands at 6-18.
The Falcons (11-14) will now prepare for their contest against Southlake Carroll (Southlake, TX). The Dragons come into the 6A Region I District 4 contest with a 21-3 record. In their last contest, Southlake Carroll prevailed over Fossil Ridge (Keller, TX), 51-47, in a league contest.
