The King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA) basketball crushed the host Lakeland Cavaliers (Suffolk, VA), 61-16 in Friday's league test.
The Bulldogs (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA). The Tigers go into the Southeastern test with a 5-7 record. In their last test, Oscar Smith was trounced by Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA), 68-18, in a league test.
The Cavaliers now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Great Bridge for a Southeastern test on Tuesday, January 17. Lakeland will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 67-46 non-league loss to Bayside (Virginia Beach, VA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-8.
