With the win, Lorenzo upgrades its record to 13-9 on the season. The Hornets host Petersburg (Petersburg, TX) to clash with the Buffaloes in a 1A Region I District 6 bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Buffaloes go into the bout with a record of 12-7.

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Petersburg Buffaloes (Petersburg, TX) in a 1A Region I District 6 bout, on Friday, January 20. O'Donnell will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record.
