The Nipmuc Regional Warriors basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host Whitinsville Christian Crusaders to 23 in the Warriors league victory on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blackstone-Millville for a Dual Valley contest on Wednesday, January 18. Nipmuc Regional will battle a Chargers team coming off a 55-22 league loss to Sutton (Sutton, MA). The Chargers record now stands at 4-5.

The Crusaders (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Douglas (Douglas, MA). The Tigers come into the Dual Valley contest with a 0-9 record. In their last contest, Douglas was routed by Hopedale (Hopedale, MA), 37-9, in a league contest.
