Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Palo Verde Panthers (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Western Warriors (Las Vegas, NV), saw Palo Verde's basketball squad wallop Western by a tally of 46-23.

With the victory, Palo Verde improves its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Panthers host Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Wildcats in a 4A Sky challenge on Wednesday, January 18. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-6.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Mojave Rattlers (North Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Sky challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Western will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Rattlers come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 52-21 league loss to Cheyenne (North Las Vegas, NV).
