Paso Robles Bearcats (Paso Robles, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting San Luis Obispo Tigers (San Luis Obispo, CA), 58-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Paso Robles upgrades its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Lompoc (Lompoc, CA) to play the Braves in a Central Coast bout on Saturday, January 14. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 6-11. Lompoc won 58-17 in their recent league bout against Atascadero (Atascadero, CA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Santa Maria Saints (Santa Maria, CA) in a Central Coast bout, on Monday, January 16. San Luis Obispo will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Saints come into the bout with a 15-3 record after their 37-28 league win over Templeton (Templeton, CA).
