In Friday's league outing, the Sachse Mustangs (Sachse, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Rowlett Eagles (Rowlett, TX), by a margin of 64-28.

The Mustangs (19-8) will now prepare for their outing against Wylie East (Wylie, TX). The Raiders go into the 6A Region II District 9 outing with a 14-10 record. In their last outing, Wylie East smashed Naaman Forest (Garland, TX), 59-9, in a league outing.

The Eagles now own a 8-15 record. They play next when they host Garland for a 6A Region II District 9 outing on Tuesday, January 17.
