In Friday's league match, the host West Marshall Trojans basketball team scored a decisive 80-23 triumph over the Saydel Eagles.
In their next game, the Trojans meet the AGWSR Cougars (Ackley, IA) in a non-league match, on Monday, January 16. West Marshall will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 10-0 record after their 73-36 league win over East Marshall (Le Grand, IA).
