The Woodside Wildcats basketball team (Woodside, CA), was nudged 35-34 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA)
The Ravens now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Independence for a non-league battle on Monday, January 16. Sequoia will battle a 76ers team coming off a 56-31 league loss to Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA). The 76ers record now stands at 4-9.
The Wildcats (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Carlmont (Belmont, CA). The Scots come into the Peninsula - South battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Carlmont was nudged by Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA), 53-37, in a league battle.
