With the win, Torres upgrades its record to 11-9 on the season. The Toros travel to McLane (Fresno, CA) to play the Highlanders in a County/Metro bout on Saturday, January 14. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 4-8. McLane lost 62-30 in their recent league bout against Madera South (Madera, CA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA) in a County/Metro bout, on Saturday, January 14. Sunnyside will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 7-9 record after their 65-26 league loss to Roosevelt (Fresno, CA).
