Arvada West Wildcats (Arvada, CO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Ralston Valley Mustangs (Arvada, CO), 36-16 in a league bout.

With the win, Arvada West upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Chatfield (Littleton, CO) to play the Chargers in a bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Valor Christian Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) in a bout, on Friday, January 20. Ralston Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
