California High School Basketball - University Prep nudges Central Valley

University Prep Panthers (Redding, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Central Valley Falcons (Shasta Lake, CA), 41-34 in a league bout.
With the win, University Prep upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to West Valley (Cottonwood, CA) to clash with the Eagles in a bout on Friday, January 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 11-4.
Next up, the Falcons clash with the Anderson Cubs (Anderson, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Central Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Cubs go into the bout with a 8-6 record after their 54-22 league loss to West Valley (Cottonwood, CA).
