Virginia High School Basketball - Langley tops Herndon

January 13, 2023: Herndon, VA 20170

Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Herndon Hornets (Herndon, VA), 28-13 in a league bout.

With the victory, Langley upgrades its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Saxons travel to George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA) to play the Statesmen in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Statesmen come into the bout with a record of 7-0. George C. Marshall won 30-28 in their recent non-league bout against Yorktown (Arlington, VA)

Next up, the Hornets play the McLean Highlanders (McLean, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Herndon will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
