Chaminade Eagles (West Hills, CA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Marymount Sailors (Los Angeles, CA), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles confront the Harvard-Westlake Wolverines (Studio City, CA) in a Mission challenge, on Wednesday, January 18. Chaminade will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 5-0 league win over Flintridge Sacred Heart (La Canada-Flintridge, CA).

The Sailors now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Notre Dame (SO) for a Mission challenge on Monday, January 16. Marymount will confront a Knights team coming off a 5-0 league win over Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, CA). The Knights record now stands at 12-1.
