In Friday's league outing, the American Leadership Academy - Ironwood Warriors (Ironwood, AZ) basketball squad felled the host Benjamin Franklin Chargers (Queen Creek, AZ), by a margin of 53-37.

The Warriors (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Pusch Ridge Christian Academy (Tucson, AZ). The Lions go into the non-league outing with a 6-2 record. In their last outing, Pusch Ridge Christian Academy thwarted Empire (Tucson, AZ), 50-25, in a league outing.

The Chargers now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to San Tan Foothills for a outing on Monday, January 16. Benjamin Franklin will clash with a Sabercats squad coming off a 49-47 league win over Florence (Florence, AZ). The Sabercats record now stands at 8-0.
