The Matadors come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. San Gabriel lost 49-44 in their recent league challenge against Schurr (Montebello, CA)

Next up, the Spartans play the Bell Gardens Lancers (Bell Gardens, CA) in a challenge, on Monday, January 16. Schurr will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 51-4 league loss to Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA).
