The California Condors basketball team (Whittier, CA), was nudged 71-70 in Friday's league battle with the host Santa Fe Chiefs (Santa Fe Springs, CA)

The Chiefs now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Serna for a battle on Friday, January 27.

The Condors (8-8) will now prepare for their battle against El Rancho (Pico Rivera, CA). The Dons come into the battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, El Rancho was nudged by La Serna (Whittier, CA), 89-45, in a league battle.
