The Camden County Bruins basketball team (Camden, NC), was overwhelmed 56-23 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC)
The Aces now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Manteo for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 17. Holmes will confront a Redskins team coming off a 71-64 non-league loss to Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC). The Redskins record now stands at 2-8.
The Bruins (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 11-1 record. In their last battle, Pasquotank County trounced First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC), 60-58, in a non-league battle.
