The CORE Butte Lynx basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the host Los Molinos Bulldogs to 21 in the Lynx league victory on Friday.

The Lynx now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maxwell for a contest on Wednesday, January 18. CORE Butte will battle a Panthers team coming off a 39-34 league loss to Williams (Williams, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-6.

The Bulldogs (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Biggs (Biggs, CA). The Wolverines come into the contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Biggs triumphed over Hamilton (Hamilton City, CA), 47-35, in a league contest.
