North Carolina High School Basketball - South Johnston ripped by East Wake

The East Wake Warriors basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting South Johnston Trojans to 45 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Smithfield-Selma for a contest on Tuesday, January 17. East Wake will meet a Spartans team coming off a 61-25 league loss to C.B. Aycock (Pikeville, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 1-7.
The Trojans (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against West Johnston (Benson, NC). The Wildcats enter the contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, West Johnston was routed by Hunt (Wilson, NC), 48-35, in a league contest.
