In Friday's league outing, the Enloe Eagles (Raleigh, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC), by a margin of 62-18.
The Eagles (4-9) will now prepare for their outing against Broughton (Raleigh, NC). The Capitals go into the non-league outing with a 9-6 record. In their last outing, Broughton was trounced by Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC), 60-42, in a non-league outing.
The Spartans now own a 0-14 record. They play next when they travel to Leesville Road for a outing on Wednesday, January 18. Sanderson will clash with a Pride squad coming off a 54-39 non-league win over Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC). The Pride record now stands at 11-1.
