Virginia High School Basketball - Waynesboro ripped by Fort Defiance

The Fort Defiance Indians basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Waynesboro Little Giants to 21 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Staunton for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Fort Defiance will battle a Storm team coming off a 74-23 non-league win over Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA). The Storm record now stands at 11-0.
The Little Giants (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Riverheads (Staunton, VA). The Gladiators enter the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Riverheads was routed by Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA), 51-24, in a non-league contest.
