The Northern Durham Knights basketball team (Durham, NC), was overwhelmed 71-19 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Hillside Hornets (Durham, NC)
The Hornets now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southern Durham for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 14. Hillside will battle a Spartans team coming off a 67-29 non-league win over Vance County (Henderson, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 6-3.
The Knights (1-11) will now prepare for their battle against Garner (Garner, NC). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, Garner trounced Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC), 54-51, in a non-league battle.
