North Carolina High School Basketball - Riverside-Martin trounces Perquimans

The Riverside-Martin Knights (Williamston, NC) basketball crushed the host Perquimans Pirates (Hertford, NC), 75-30 in Friday's league test.
The Knights (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Washington County (Plymouth, NC). The Panthers go into the test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Washington County walloped Bertie (Windsor, NC), 54-47, in a league test.
The Pirates now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bertie for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. Perquimans will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 53-38 non-league win over Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 6-4.
