With the victory, Village Christian improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to West Ranch (Valencia, CA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 14. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. West Ranch won 67-50 in their recent league challenge against Canyon (Canyon Country, CA)

Next up, the Defenders play the Maranatha Minutemen (Pasadena, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 20. Valley Christian will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Minutemen come into the challenge with a 9-11 record after their 60-39 league loss to Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA).
