In Friday's non-league battle, the host Seminole Ridge Hawks soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Glades Central Raiders.
The Hawks (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Pahokee (Pahokee, FL). The Blue Devils come into the non-league battle with a 0-8 record. In their last battle, Pahokee was nudged by Glades Central (Belle Glade, FL), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Raiders battle the Royal Palm Beach Wildcats (Royal Palm Beach, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Glades Central will attempt to move on its 6-8 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 10-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Port St. Lucie (Port St. Lucie, FL).
