Salesian Mustangs (Los Angeles, CA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Mary Star of the Sea Stars (San Pedro, CA), 3-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs confront the Bishop Amat Lancers (La Puente, CA) in a Del Rey challenge, on Wednesday, January 18. Salesian will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Lancers enter the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 4-0 league loss to Cathedral (Los Angeles, CA).

The Stars now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Amat for a Del Rey challenge on Friday, January 20.
