The Lake Oconee Academy Titans basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Aquinas Fightin' Irish to 31 in the Titans league triumph on Saturday.

The Titans now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washington-Wilkes for a A D2 Region 8 contest on Tuesday, January 16. Lake Oconee Academy will meet a Tigers team coming off a 56-51 league loss to Towns County (Hiawassee, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-9.

The Fightin' Irish (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Warren County (Warrenton, GA). The Screaming Devils enter the A D2 Region 8 contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Warren County was routed by Towns County (Hiawassee, GA), 71-58, in a league contest.
