Kentucky High School Basketball - Buckhorn overwhelmed by Perry County Central

The Perry County Central Commodores basketball team scored 92 points and restricted the visiting Buckhorn Wildcats to 54 in the Commodores league victory on Saturday.
The Commodores now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wolfe County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Perry County Central will battle a Wolves team coming off a 83-64 league loss to Breathitt County (Jackson, KY). The Wolves record now stands at 7-7.
The Wildcats (5-14) will now prepare for their contest against Letcher County Central (Whitesburg, KY). The Cougars / Lady Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Letcher County Central triumphed over Somerset Christian (Somerset, KY), 66-62, in a non-league contest.
