In Saturday's league outing, the Lubbock Christian Eagles (Lubbock, TX) basketball squad beat the host Covenant Classical Cavaliers (Fort Worth, TX), by a count of 66-52.

The Eagles (14-6) will now prepare for their outing against Trinity (Midland, TX). The Chargers go into the TAPPS 3A District 1 outing with a 4-9 record. In their last outing, Trinity was topped by Calvary Academy (Denton, TX), 53-34, in a league outing.

The Cavaliers now hold a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Fellowship Academy for a TAPPS 3A District 1 outing on Friday, January 19.
