The Garber Wolverines basketball team (Garber, OK), was nudged 70-68 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Crescent Tigers (Crescent, OK)
The Tigers now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Watonga for a Three Rivers battle on Tuesday, January 16. Crescent will battle a Eagles team coming off a 67-48 non-league win over Perry (Perry, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 2-7.
The Wolverines (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Pond Creek-Hunter (Pond Creek, OK). The Panthers come into the Skeltur battle with a 14-0 record.
