The West Morgan Rebels basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the host East Lawrence Eagles to 55 in the Rebels league victory on Saturday.
The Rebels now sport a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Decatur for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13. West Morgan will battle a Red Raiders team coming off a 53-32 league loss to Hartselle (Hartselle, AL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 12-9.
The Eagles (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Hatton (Town Creek, AL). The Hornets come into the non-league contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Hatton dropped by Lexington (Lexington, AL), 56-36, in a league contest.
