Granger Spartans (Granger, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Kittitas Coyotes (Kittitas, WA), 74-67 in a league bout.

With the win, Granger upgrades its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Spartans host Goldendale (Goldendale, WA) to play the Timberwolves in a 2B Eastern Washington - West challenge on Friday, January 19. The Timberwolves come into the challenge with a record of 3-8.

Next up, the Coyotes play the Highland Scots (Cowiche, WA) in a 2B Eastern Washington - West challenge, on Friday, January 19. Kittitas will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record.
