In Saturday's league outing, the Ocean City Raiders (Ocean City, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Holy Spirit Spartans (Absecon, NJ), by a margin of 53-29.

The Raiders (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Wildwood Catholic (North Wildwood, NJ). The Crusaders go into the non-league outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Wildwood Catholic was trounced by Overbrook (Pine Hill, NJ), 67-59, in a non-league outing.

The Spartans now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they host Atlantic City for a Cape/Atlantic - National outing on Tuesday, January 16. Holy Spirit will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 54-48 non-league loss to Middle Township (Cape May Court House, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 10-3.
