The Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) basketball crushed the host Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL), 68-29 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Warriors (17-0) will now prepare for their test against Normal Community (Normal, IL). The Ironmen go into the non-league test with a 16-1 record. In their last test, Normal Community walloped Richwoods (Peoria, IL), 57-49, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they travel to Rockford East for a non-league test on Saturday, January 13. Plainfield Central will encounter a E-Rabs squad coming off a 60-43 league loss to Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL). The E-Rabs record now stands at 4-15.
