The Biddeford Tigers (Biddeford, ME) basketball nipped the visiting Wells Warriors (Wells, ME), 35-32 in Saturday's league test.
The Tigers (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME). The Clippers go into the B South test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Yarmouth got by Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME), 61-30, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Kennebunk for a non-league test on Monday, January 15. Wells will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 65-30 league loss to Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME). The Rams record now stands at 1-9.
