Mississippi High School Basketball - Ingomar tops East Union

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Ingomar Falcons (New Albany, MS) and the host East Union Urchins (Blue Springs, MS), saw Ingomar's basketball squad knock off East Union by a count of 63-49.
With the victory, Ingomar upgrades its record to 21-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Nettleton (Nettleton, MS) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 10-5.
Next up, the Urchins play the Walnut Wildcats (Walnut, MS) in a 2A Region 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. East Union will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 61-53 non-league win over Pine Grove (Ripley, MS).
